This is one of the most breath takingly green places in the Sinai desert. The name means "Source of Ahmeds mother". The Oasis runs through a wadi bursting with life, huge amounts of fruit trees; Lemon, Olive, Fig and Date. A rarety in this secluded part of the desert.

A vegetable garden with tomatoes, basilikum and mint flurishes in the prescence of the water. The wado is covered in Flora, Fauna and birds. The vast quantities of water is a relief for any desert traveller. The Oasis is inhabited by Bedouins, who are always happy about every visitor, who will offer you tee and show you their "garden". We advise you to travel with a guide who knows his way around as there are many interesting spots that many do not know of.
